Remington College-Nashville Campus Donates Items for Mending Hearts Annual Gala

Nashville, Tenn. – (October 20, 2011) – Remington College-Nashville Campusis donating complimentary services and items for Mending Hearts 8th Annual Benefit Gala.


Mending Hearts is a Nashville nonprofit group that helps women who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless as a result of their addiction to drugs or alcohol. 


Remington College-Nashville Campus is donating a makeover, gift bag of cosmetics and a teeth cleaning that will all be auctioned off at the November 10 event. The group’s goal is to raise $50,000 through the event.


“Mending Hearts does an amazing job of helping women turn their lives around,” said Larry Collins, Remington College-Nashville Campus President and a member of the Mending Hearts Board of Directors. “We’re happy to help out in any effort that furthers their cause and their clients.”


Remington College-Nashville Campus has also provided complimentary salon services for Mending Hearts clients and raised money for the group by providing haircuts in return for cash donations to Mending Hearts.
